Cancellation Policy

Pre-Session Requirements: • Current vaccination records must be provided before booking • Pet must be leash-trained, voice-trained, or controllable by owner • Owner must disclose any aggressive tendencies or behavioral issues • Consultation required for first-time pet clients During Consultation: • We'll discuss your pet's personality, energy level, and comfort zones • Location will be chosen based on your pet's needs and safety •Session length and approach will be customized to your pet's attention span •We'll plan for treats, toys, and any special accommodations Safety & Liability: • Owner is responsible for pet behavior at all times during session • Owner must maintain control of pet via leash or voice commands • Photographer reserves the right to end session if pet becomes aggressive or unmanageable • Clean-up bags required for outdoor sessions • Any property damage caused by pet is owner's responsibility Session Guidelines: • Sessions limited to 30-45 minutes to prevent pet stress • Treats and positive reinforcement encouraged • Multiple pets welcome but may require longer session time • Weather-dependent for outdoor sessions Rescheduling: • Sessions will be rescheduled if pet is sick, stressed, or uncooperative • No additional fees for pet-behavior related rescheduling (one time)
